Hi-Rise carpentry crew working against an open prairie sky at golden hour

About

Formerly Hi-Rise Scaffolding, Now Hi-Rise Carpentry

Same company. Same crews. A new name that reflects the full scope of our work — carpentry, scaffolding, and concrete across Winnipeg and Manitoba.

Who We Are

A family run crew, built for the prairies

Hi-Rise started in Manitoba. Today we're a crew of close to seventy, still run with the same family mentality. Prairie-built experience at a scale most competitors can't match. That's what lets us take on complex custom builds without losing the responsiveness of a smaller shop.

Commercial, industrial, and institutional clients across Western Canada come back for the same reasons. Work that holds up. Crews that show up trained and ready. A team that adjusts fast when a schedule or site changes without warning.

Our Values

Rise higher.

01

Speed & Integrity

We move fast without cutting corners. A finished job should be efficient and built right, not one or the other.

02

Responsive Service

Problems on a job site don't wait for business hours. Neither do we.

03

Safety First

Every crew member trains on current protocols and stays current, so nobody on site is guessing.

04

Family Culture

We're a family run business, and that extends to how we treat clients and crew alike.

05

Experienced Leadership

Our management team invests real time training people properly, because that's what actually produces good outcomes on site.

06

Room to Grow

Anyone willing to put in the work has a real path here. Eagerness to learn is the only requirement.

One Contractor

From Access to Finish, One Crew

Scaffolding and swing stage get a crew onto the site. Carpentry builds the structure. Concrete finishes it. Hi-Rise carries a project through that full sequence, so a general contractor or project manager schedules one subcontractor instead of three.
