Galvanized steel stair tower scaffold providing access

Access

Overview

Hi-Rise supplies temporary stair towers and ladder access for construction sites across Winnipeg and Manitoba. A job site's layout doesn't stay fixed. Floors open up, close off, or change use as work progresses, and access needs to move with it. We add, relocate, or remove stair towers and ladder sections as the site changes. Crews always have a safe, code-compliant way up and down instead of routing through whatever's closest.

Examples include

Where we apply it.

01Stair towers for multi-storey access and egress
02Ladder sections for lighter or temporary access
03Roof access and egress points
04Interior access through active construction
05Repositioned as the site layout changes
06Access to hard-to-reach or irregular areas

Good to know

Access gets overlooked until it's the reason a job slows down. A crew standing around waiting for a safe way up costs more than most people account for. A bad workaround — an unsecured ladder, a route through an active work zone — is exactly what gets flagged in an inspection or worse. We plan access alongside the rest of the site logistics, not as an afterthought. We move it as the job progresses instead of leaving crews to solve it themselves.
